Who is running this store?

Eliot (the artist) is based out of Argentina. They design all the art featured and create the products.

Robin (the store-runner) is based out of the US. All products ship from the US and are assembled, organized, and shipped by her.

Every purchase from this store helps support both members of the team!

Do you accept orders from outside the US?

Yes! However, at this time, we cannot ship to EU/UK countries due to VAT. Please double-check COVID-19 restrictions to ensure your country can receive packages from the US.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to the Return & Shipping Policy tab for more information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 24 weeks.

Once an order is shipped out, we are no longer responsible for it. We provide a tracking number when possible.

Because of COVID-19, these shipping times might be longer or delayed. But if a significant amount of time has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact us using the email provided.

When do you ship out orders?

All orders are shipped on Fridays.

If your item is a pre-order, a tentative ship date will be listed. As that date comes closer, there will be more information provided, likely on twitter or through email.

If other items are purchased along with a pre-order, everything will be shipped out together (once the pre-order arrives). If you'd like the other items sooner, please contact us with the email provided to discuss options.

What is a preorder?

Pre-order generally means that the product will be manufactured as soon as a quantity is established. It takes 1-2 months from when pre-order starts for it to be on hand and ready to ship out to you. This timing does vary depending on the product.

What if my package was lost in the mail?

Please contact your local postal service and use the tracking number provided if one has been given. Unfortunately once the order is shipped out, it is out of our hands. You will need to file a claim with your post office and see what steps they can take for you.

Do you do restocks of items?

Feel free to contact Eliot on twitter (@eliotsdrawings) or through the provided email if you are interested in something that's listed as out of stock. The way we figure out whether to restock or not is based on interest!
